Education:
Graduation, or equivalent Experience: 8+ year’s Experience on large construction projects
Skills:
MS Excel/SAP
Description:
1- Making administrative arrangements for staff and workers including Travels, Accommodation, Mess, 2- 2- Bill, cargo & post to and from Head office.
3- Estimation of Admin budgets for approval from Sr. Manager and monitoring after approval.
4- Maintain Discipline at the project site.
5- Maintenance & repair of company Equipment and vehicles.
6- Local purchasing as required.
7- Update attendance of staff & Labor on daily basis and report to HO & Manager.
8- Prepare Monthly Join & Left Report (For Head Office) Ensure that all relevant records are kept up-to-dated.
9- All issues regarding employees (attendance, addition, deletion, overtime, leave records.
